Soon CEO got in touch with his future business partner, who’s from the US. When the amount of work exceeded the limits of what just one person could do. In the early days, when the company’s name IT innovation Soft hadn’t been coined yet, He were just in a group of enthusiasts who were guided more by gut feeling than by metrics.
His team motivated CEO to advance forward, both in his business and personal life. Most of the founding members are still with IT Innovation Soft, holding executive-level positions in the company and leading others.
